my trusty two way

Just had to do a quick spurt home from Darwin,family.reasons ,anyway I was thinking how handy my two way is.On the way back I struck a convoy of our devoted army boys.There was a huge amount of vehicles for me to try and negotiate ,but with the help of the my radio I was successful in working my way through the convoy.A very handy tool to have,i just leave it on low and can hear what is ahead of me.Ive even asked the boys where the cheapest fuel is on my approach to a town with numerous fuel suppliers .I leave mine on channel 40 most the time then you can change if desired.anyway safe travelling ,cheers smed
