Spent the day today in a tinny doing the rounds of 20 yabby nets. We bagged our 150 each and threw back at least that number again. They are cooked cleaned and ready for the table. Now where is that bottle of thousand island dressing.
Any favourite recipes. keep it simple

COOK AND SHELL THE YABBIES PUT INTO A POT WITH GARLIC BUTTER COOK LIGHTLY THEN LET COOL AND JUST TIP THE LOT ONTO THE BBQ COOK LIGHTLY AND ENJOY BLOODY BEAUTIFUL

Much the same as Roy said. I usually add a dash of light soy sauce too.

I prefer the cherabin, less head more tail. Cooked in a hot wok with chilli, garlic and lime.
