Friendly Travellers with Carpentry/Building Skills

Good afternoon All,
We are looking for friendly travellers who have Carpentry/Building/Handyman skills who might like 4-8 weeks work.
One of the homesteads on our 4,500 acre farm is in need of some work.
We are located halfway between Sydney and Melbourne and 45 mins east of Wagga Wagga, 30 mins north of Tumbarumba.
We can provide free site at the local Humula Citizens Sports Club and Caravan Park. It has toilets, showers and laundry facilities and the Club is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights.
Or you can park up on one of the many beautiful sites on the farm.
Some of the jobs needed doing on the house are replacing some floor boards, repairing some holes in the roof, installing some flashing, repairing/replacing some guttering, connecting up down pipes and pipe to get water away from house, repairs to some kitchen cupboards...
And if you have a handy partner with a green thumb we will be able to keep them busy with gardening and painting if of interest.
Fair rates will be paid.
Am also pretty sure we can find you more work in the local area if of interest.
