Lara Wetlands. Qld.
×
What to see, what to do, how much, can we take pets or do they accept large rigs. These are just a few things we may not have answers for. Hopefully here, our questions will be fulfilled.

We have just had a week out at the Lara Wetlands campsite.
It is about 35 kms south of Barcaldine.
Showers, toilets, dump point, artesian spa pool, water. No power.
Plenty of room and shade. Plenty of fire pits and endless supply of wood.
$10 per person per night.
We went for 2 nights and stayed for 7.
Lots of birdlife on the wetlands area. Over 90 different species.
A brilliant place to spend a few days if you are in the Central West area.
Cheers, Brian
Last night as I was on the stair
I saw a man that wasn't there
He wasn't there again today
I wish he'd bloody go away.
