which way did you go, up the Strzleckie or from Tibbaburra. We did the round trip last May, actually got stranded [okay only for one night] and it was pretty cool then. feel the Strzleckie is going to become a sealed allweather road soon. so much bitumen being laid.

Hi Patted,

We started from Tibooburra end and came out on the Strzelecki track. The Strzelecki was more like a dirt and gravel road, not a track, and I think you are right in saying it will maybe one day be bitumen. There were government signs stating upgrades and costs. I have more info under the blogs section.
