Leftover Mexican Burrito brew in a jaffle iron on the camp fire coals for breakfast, yum.
Accompanied by a shi#@y instant coffee (nearest cafe 148kms away), I'll get over it.
Surrounded by kookaburras, orange footed scrub fowls, wallabies, whistling kites and bee eaters, nice.
A warm 28 degrees by 9am, perfect.

Who else is cooking on a camp fire? Please taunt us all with pics of your delectable creations.

:) That's right, nothing like waking up to a beautiful sunny morning, slight chill in the air, the smell of burning gum leaves as the fire ignites, the smell of eggs and bacon and that fresh brewed coffee or tea, the noise of the bush awakening, then ba ba ba as you realise it's the alarm and you were only dreaming. No way we're doing this right now and wow it's great to be alive and living the dream. You can't beat it FANTASTIC. We actually just had burnt raison toast and it would beat any resturant meal.
Regards Sue & Steve

Raisin toast is always best well done :)

Self caught NT mudcrab for dinner, yum.
$20 in boat fuel, doesn't matter.
Smelly hands from handling the bait, eeuw!
Itchy from the sandflies, scratch, scratch, scratch.

Camp oven roast. Yum!

For those who won't eat a choko, you will if you cook one in a camp oven. ;)
