What we love about being nomadic

Hi everyone,

I thought maybe GNA's wonderful members can let us all know what we love about travelling this amazing country. We all agree is it huge and diverse yet we all have individual ideas and interests. Please share yours.

I love the open roads and wide open spaces

I'm with you on that one Sharon.

The further away from the cities and the big towns the better I like it.

The lifestyle in the outback is much more friendly and nothing is too much trouble. In the cities and the towns everybody is in such a rush it wears you out just watching them.

In the back blocks the scenery changes every kilometer and it certainly isn't boring you just have to open your eyes and LOOK.

The sunsets would have to be my favourite thing, there are never two the same and you certainly don't get that majesty in the cities either.

Lovely photos and I'm loving this topic. I would like to add wild birds and not being able to identify them all, LOL! Does anyone know what these ones are?

I hope you don't mind me adding a sunset photo too, WA just throws a magnificent one most nights.

I don't mind in the least. I just love sunsets and hopefully next year I will see some of those WA ones too. Just love the colours
