Gidday Tommo. Based on suggestions I opted to use Portosol and I use Dettol wipes to clean the pan. It works with no nasty smells, in fact the opposite. Many suggested Napi-San I did not do it since I received advice the abrasive nature of Nape-San can be detrimental over time.
