Promise I won't overload you with boab pics, however the trip to Limestone Gorge is well worth it if you wish to see a few hundred or more.

G;day Sharon,
nfa who used to be a regular on the forum in the early days is apparently still in Timber Creek.
They used to manage the old police museum.
We didn't get there this time, but will be back next year on the way to the Kimberly, so will have a look at the place then.
Last night as I was on the stair
I saw a man that wasn't there
He wasn't there again today
I wish he'd bloody go away.

Hi Sands,
We kept a general eye out; there was a lady with WA plates and a blue dog care taking the museum. Oh well, wasn't meant to be. I can see why NFA has decided to stick around as it is a beautiful location with red escarpments overlooking the river.

A decade ago we got a lovely feed of cherabin from behind the police museum, this visit not one. Fishing has been very quiet this NT trip; might have something to do with little rain last wet season. This is the creek.
